Frequently Asked Questions

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. We do confirmation calls 48 hours in advance so that gives you plenty of time to reschedule or cancel if necessary. Of course we understand that there are true emergencies and we would never want anyone coming into the salon sick. If you repeatedly do not show up for appointments, it's possible that we will ask you to pre-pay for your visit.

We want to keep Bella & Bello Barber a safe and relaxed environment. With that being said, we ask you to refrain bringing your children along to your appointment. Due to the nature of the Salon and Barber industry we have sharp tools and chemicals which makes this not a safe place for children. Children and other visitors are not allowed in our styling space, unless they are being serviced.

Our goal is for you to LOVE your hair. If that is not the case we ask that you communicate with us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can find time to schedule an adjustment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may need to adjust the services that you are scheduled for or potentially even reschedule the entire service. We will do our best to accommodate but as schedules become increasingly tighter we will let you know if your service will be affected by your arrival time.

You can absolutely leave your stylist gratuity for fabulous service. If you can leave it in cash that is greatly appreciated, otherwise you can tip on a credit card.

For our Artisan stylist we recommend booking at least 3 -4 weeks out, if you have specific days/times that you need. We can occasionally accommodate faster but this window should be safe. Our Creative, Master stylist and New talent can get you in much faster so please don't hesitate to call us to schedule even same day services and we will do our best to get you in!
Pre-booking is also highly recommended because it allows you to get the exact day/time that you want. Additionally, a haircut will lose shape after 8-10 weeks so it will keep you from forgetting. We do confirmations 48 hours in advance so you can always shift your appointment if necessary.
