At Bella Salon & Bello Barber, we strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and relaxing experience for all our guests. To help you feel prepared and ensure the best results, we’ve put together some frequently asked questions (FAQ) and important policies to review before your appointment.

We kindly ask that you leave your little ones at home and avoid bringing guests.
Children and visitors are not allowed in the styling areas unless they are receiving a service. Our salon and barbershop floor are often very busy and contain sharp tools and chemicals, making it an unsafe environment for anyone not in a designated service chair.
Additionally, children cannot be left unattended in the waiting area. To prevent overcrowding, we ask that you only bring guests who are receiving a service, ensuring space remains available for those waiting for their appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. You’ll receive a confirmation message 48 hours in advance, giving you time to adjust if needed. Repeated no-shows may incur a no show fee and require prepayment for future appointments.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service. We will do our best to accommodate, but due to tight schedules, your appointment may be affected.

We want you to LOVE your hair! If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can schedule an adjustment.

Fading color can be expected. However, if you experience any issues within 72 hours of your appointment, contact us, and we will assess and adjust your color as needed at no charge.
To qualify, you must purchase and use Davines shampoo and conditioner from Bella Salon under your name. Without proper home care, we cannot guarantee color longevity.

Due to the nature of vivid colors, fading is expected and extra care if needed. To help preserve the life of your color, we will send you home with a care guide and expert product recommendations to help extend the life of your color.
If there are any concerns about your color or excessive fading it must be addressed within 48 hours of the initial appointment. Bella Salon will assess and rectify any color-related concerns within this timeframe.

Yes! Gratuities are greatly appreciated. Cash is preferred, but tips can also be added to a credit card.

Artisan Stylists: Book 2-4 weeks in advance (6 weeks for evenings/weekends).
Creative and New Talent Stylists: Can often accommodate sooner, sometimes even same-day! (2-4 weeks for evenings and weekends)
Pre-booking is highly recommended to secure your ideal time and maintain your style.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, and Apple Pay. Checks are not accepted.

Since you are paying for our service providers’ time, skill, and expertise, we do not offer refunds on services.
However, if you are unhappy with your results, we are happy to make adjustments as needed. Please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will assess the issue to determine the best solution.

We accept returns on Davines and Depot haircare products if they are at least half full and returned within six months of the purchase date for a refund.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Comfort Zone skincare products or any other items that come into contact with the skin or face, even if unopened.
