CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW/ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Bella Salon & Bello Barber understand occasionally schedules change. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Therefore, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time or no-show, you will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. With the exception of barbershop appointments and small wax appointments, which will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. Any deposit made for your appointment will not be refunded. If a late cancellation or no show happens 2 times, a 50% deposit will be required for all future appointments. A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a charge of 50-100% of the service amount and a non-refundable deposit.
Group bookings of four or more people require a notice period of 72 hours ( 3 days). For each guest that fails to show without required notice a charge of 50 % of the service amount will be incurred on the card used to reserve the booking. The deposit paid for the appointment will not be refunded.
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your Bella hair appointment or facial, or over 5 minutes late for a Bello service or small wax appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you at a minimum of 10 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged accordingly. Any deposit made will not be refunded.
Here at Bella Salon and Bello Barber, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Bella Salon & Bello Barber members are given one ( 1 ) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. Any cancellation made outside of our cancellation window will be refunded the appointment deposit.
